“My favourite pilates class!”

Written on: 14/05/2013 by EdytaG (1 review written)

It's the fourth month I'm attending the class. Our trainer is very helpful and full of energy. I love her class. The way she explains exercises and what part of my body works is very clear and interesting. The place is clean and tidy. There are mirrors so I can see myself if I do everything right. At GoMammoth everybody's friendly and considerate. It's easy to pay for the class you want on their website. I think the price is just right. I love GoMammoth because I don't have to sign any... “Well organised, fun social sport”

GoMammoth is a great way to participate in social team sport. I signed up with one friend, and was matched with a full team. The website is really handy and let's you see all your upcoming times and fixtures, as well as see league tables and current standing. Each week you get email reminders of your game times and the ability to choose your availability. Makes it really easy to see who is and isn't playing, and get subs in if needed. The Go Mammoth Indoor Softball is great fun. I am new to London and joined to get some practice in ready for the outdoor season but got a lot more out of it, from meeting new people to actually learning some of the rules!!! First timers to seasoned pro's, a good time is always had by all. It's fast, but quite easy to pick up with refs and opponents more than happy to give advice if you're in doubt. Equipment was supplied and we all loved our free Go Mammoth t-shirt. For anyone looking for... (read more)

The Go Mammoth Indoor Softball is great fun. I initially joined to meet new people but I have now also grown to love Softball. No matter whether you have never played the game before or whether you have played outdoor, the indoor game offers you something different. Its competitive and fast without leaving new players behind. There is always someone on hand to help and with the guidance of the qualified umpires as backup. I joined Go Mammoth Softball a year ago after moving to London and having the closest person I knew 1000 miles away! My teammates have become my best friends in London and life wouldn't be the same if I had never joined Go Mammoth! Got skills? Or not? Don't worry about it! Enough folks will know what they're doing to make the league competitive, but just as many players have never held a bat before (or try to play Softball like cricket...entertaining in itself). I moved to the UK about two years ago from the states. I didn't realise when I moved how big a part Go Mammoth would play in my life -- It's been a great vehicle for making friends, getting to know some new sports (touch rugby) and some familiar ones (softball). We had such a good time in my first go mammoth season that the core group (2 teams worth!) plays together year round in a few sports! I can't recommend highly enough. Really enjoying the Abs and Pilates class. The instructor is excellent. She shows you how to do everything properly and corrects you so you don't hurt yourself and get the most from the class which I really like. It's great that each excersise usually has 3 levels of difficulty so you can progress as the weeks go on. The venue is excellent and the quality of the mats good. Considering the cost per game for a Go Mammoth netball game is the highest I pay (I play in 2 other leagues) you would think that they would provide the best organisation in terms of other teams and refereeing standards.
