The Samsung i9001 Galaxy S Plus appeals to many Amazon users as it has 1.4GHz Scorpion processor. They liked the fact that it has a 5MP camera, which consists of touch focus, smile and face detection. They also liked the video recording they made is supported by a HD resolution. Other features that appealed to users was the fact that the battery talk time was around 12 hours whilst using 2G and when using 3G it was reduced to around 6 hours. They also like the touch screen capacity. The touch screens sensitive controls were a plus to many users. Many users were happy with the fact that the memory slot for a micro SD card supports up to around 32GB.
Consumers at GSM Arena liked the use of the phonebook as one can add in as many entries as possible into the phone. They found that the call records were unlimited and so they didn’t need to constantly delete the records from the phone. However for networking many users were happy with the use of being able to quickly connect to the internet using Wi-Fi hotspots and DLNA. They found the GPRS very useful and easy to use. Some users were happy they could use a micro USB to do any networking. Other good points users have found whilst using the phone, is that it supports all video formats. They could listen to music via the radio transmitter.
For other users who love to play games they found it ideal, as there were relatively few problems when gaming. Business users liked the fact they could use built in document editor to help write reports or send reports via email. Other users liked the fact that it had an image and video editor as part of the built in apps. One of the bad points that some users found was the fact the flash was missing. This disappointed those people who liked to use the phone as a camera. Other users experienced microphone problems as well as signal catching problems. Yet for the most part the majority of users were more than happy with this mobile phone.
