Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray

Although it is quite easy to assume all small phones have gone out of fashion, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is a different small phone, it still bucks a bit in the trend. Built on the android platform, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is similar in many ways with other Sony Ericsson phones but has a big screen for its small body, making it sleek and convenient for the pocket. Based on its design and function support, the phone was created for the new smartphone owners in mind. Aside from the large screen and the three buttons on the front, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is a brilliant pocket phone.

For many users on TechRadar, the 297ppi display with an 854 x 480 pixels value, stock keyboard and the flash enabled browsers are the ones that mesmerize them. The other great features, which are fronted as a favourite among most users, include the 8MP camera with HD video, swift GPS action, varied app support and the strong battery with a 1500mAh battery value, among others. For them, the better battery life, attractive display and better graphic downloads and views are the biggest plus for these phones.

However, in terms of the disadvantages, the phones have also received a number of cons among many users at CNET. Many users complain of a fiddly keyboard on the new Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray phones. The limited number of homes screens (limited to 5) has also been seen as a limitation to some users who love a bit of diversity as far as the screens are concerned. The basic suit operating system that comes with the phone has also been criticised by a selection of users who think that it limits their usability.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray remains one of the most effective smartphones to have hit the market in recent times. Based on its features and efficiency compared to other smartphones; it is the right phone for people who want the whole smartphone experience but cannot afford a bigger and more expensive platforms.
