Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman

Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman has a few good points but a few more negative ones. While it is a phone that’s affordable, the application isn’t a pleasure. Some users are literally non- plussed on the quality of the phone. Consumers have criticised the touchscreen. It is quite unresponsive and unreliable. At Carphone Warehouse, users have reported that the buttons are hypersensitive. Sliding down the pocket, listening to your favourite tracks seems to be more of a fantasy. Resetting on its own and a tricky screen lock are sure to leave you fuming. You can understand how annoying the issue is. It lags considerably behind its own predecessors.

To be fair, consumers at GSM Arena have buffered the negative viewpoint. There are certain plus points which could save the gadget from being pushed aside. The phone has a good camera and a decent battery life, though consumers on every major mobile phone rating website have expressed mixed reviews. The exteriors look decent enough. The controls are easy to figure out but every good review about the phone ends right there. The battery life isn’t bad but one user criticised it to extent of not serving its primary purpose. Walkman has established an image down the years, one expects the battery to run at least half a day without charging. But, the nine hour deadline is quite a spoiler.

Sadly there is no 3G on the phone, making browsing difficult. Consumers at CNET reported that there is no 3G on this phone, making it difficult to browse, and also there is no File Manager on the Mix Walkman. Overall it's not a bad phone to have.
