Other disappointing features users found were the fact that there were no presets when using music players. They found the decibel level rather low. Yet with regards to the FM radio, users liked the fact that they were able to get a decent reception from most locations. They liked the fact the Samsung Omnia W i8350 had Bluetooth technology, and that 3G handset came with support for the GPRS, Wi-Fi and DLNA. Users liked the apps that are available to download. Users found the Google-based worked quite well without any problems. They were happy with the forward facing camera for video calling. Users liked the fact they could add any apps they like to improve the experience of using this phone.
