Have a galaxy s7 edge on a 2 year contract. phone / contract is 3 months old. It has already been returned twice to utility warehouse for repair whom sent phone back to Samsung. I have only had phone back since Thursday 2/3/17 and today Sat 3/3/17 phone started playing up again suddenly powering off then on again whilst using the internet or YouTube or texting. utility warehouse will not change the handset for an alternative even though they admit to there being a few glitches with the s7 edge I am seriously thinking of leaving them and taking my custom elsewhere considering I spend around £300 per month with them for all my services Gas Elec Home Phone BBand Mobile I would of expected a better service I even have to pay for a mobile signal booster due to their network run be EE is extremely poor where I live
