AWEFUL!!! Barely got my dress in time only to find they sent me the wrong size AND the wrong dress AND it didn't fit AT ALL! They never gave me a refund after I sent them pics even proving the dress did not fit. Had to go buy a new dress a week before my prom..AWFUL COMPANY! HATE THEM!!! Wish I could give them negative stars. There was absolutely NOTHING I liked about this company AT ALL!! 

Do not order from this company. I have read hundreds of reviews from unhappy people who have been duped into spending money in return for badly made garments and appear to have no redress. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

"DO NOT PURCHASE A DRESS ON LINE FROM DREAM PROM. I ordered a mother of the bride dress, it was to be exactly as the picture showed, a navy jersey dress simple and stunning as the photo. THE MOST AWFUL GAWDY SHINY TAFFETA DRESS IN BRIGHT BLUE ARRIVED. The colour was wrong The fabric was wrong It did not fit, it wouldnot even go up my arms as too tight and then the body was awful and loose The fabric was stained The seams we puckered. I contacted them and they wanted my to pay to send it back and then pay another 50% and they would make me a new dress. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS NOW. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO MY CONSUMER DEPARTMENT AND ALSO IN HONG KONG BEWARE Do Not GET YOUR HEART BROKEN TOO"

Ordered a size 4 for my daughter. It was entirely too big. Looks like a size 8. They do everything to get out of taking responsibility for altering and you will never get anywhere because they already have your money. Also, the dress beading on front was nothing like the picture shown on the site.I am taking the dress apart and altering it myself. I would NOT recommend this site except for MAYBE if the dress is a lace up back. I'm very disappointed.

This is what I experienced from purchasing from them and this is real and swear to God honest review. I purchased a dress from dreamprom.com and paid a lot of money for it. I read their policy before I placed my order and I understood the 5% slight different from pictures they stated. So I trusted them and placed my order. However, I received damaged good. Well to start with, the material they used ( beads and crystals) are cheap plastic beads, especially for the amount of money I paid for it. But the worse part is that I found holes on the fabric that they covered with the same exact fabric that they closely cut and match to patch it. I contacted them and complaint about it and asked for a full refund which they denied even after I sent them the photos of their bad quality works. At first they were avoiding me by not answering my email. Than the LIVECHAT people were ignoring me too. Until finally they replied to me telling me that I could easily take that dress to local tailor and fix it and they would share the cost. I mean really??? Why do I have to pay more for it? It is their fault not mine. We've been emailing back and forth until today and they still won't admit their mistake. And in fact, now they are blaming the shipping people on the patching job to cover the holes. So it's like telling me that the shipping people that did the patching job? SERIOUSLY? I am so offended!!! You think I'm that dumb? Well pretty dumb to have purchased a dress from them, but not dumb enough to believe that the damage was caused by shipping people. I mean if you see tear on a dress, it could probably be the shipping mistake but I truly doubt it because the dress is in a plastic bag. And that the plastic bag was put in a shipping bag. This is PATCHING COVERING HOLES ON FABRIC. How could you blame it on the shipping??? My gosh! I have never dealt with these kind of people. This is the worst online shopping experienced EVER. So please be very careful and just don't waste your money here. I'll be so heartbroken to see young people making purchase from this company thinking that they'll be pretty on their prom but in fact they'll just be brokenhearted. Especially when the young people have to save up their own money to get their prom dresses. And for the parents, please please please don't disappoint your kids. We wan the best for our kids, and it's not here, not with this company. Spend your money somewhere else. Wanna see photos? DO NOT BUY from dreamprom.com! I ordered a dress for my daughters prom and when I received it I couldn't believe how poorly it was made. The long formal dress cost me $198.00. The outer layer of the dress was a chiffon that had been pleated, however when the cut the material used to make the pleats, they cut it too short and jaggety, allowing the satin lining to show. It was aweful! They wouldn't let me mail it back without emailing them and sending them pictures of the flaws. So I did that and they insisted that I keep the dress and they would refund me $20.00. After several emails the most they said they would give me was $40.00 and refused to give me instructions on how to mail it back insisting they could not resale it. I am so frustrated. PLEASE do not buy from them. You will be sorry if you do.
