I had a skin peel done with the person I dealt with from Bond Street it was a tca peel Iv always suffered from pigmentation from sun damage and always had some scars on my face From previous big spots and I felt I could never go without make up and I was recommended by a friend to try this and after only one my skin was absolutey amazing and I finally after years I have now started to leave my house without make up and lots of people have been commenting how great my skin looks Iv had 2 altogether now and can't wait for my 3rd one to see the final result :-) but I'm a very very happy customer and highly recommend to any one

“Very professional service”

I popped into the ProSkin clinic at Broadgate and was greeted by two professional receptionists. Having never had any treatment before, I was introduced to the beauty therapists who talked me through the treatment process and what to expect. She was amazing and I have been back for mole removal and had a derma pen facial.the beauty therapist  is absolutely fantastic and clearly loves what she does. Would highly recommend this clinic.

“Rip-off prices for bad service ”

I went to ProSkin to get my tattoo removed and, after 8 sessions, it is still there! They promised me it would be gone by then, however, it is not. The worst part was that the practitioners didn't increase the laser setting after each treatment, but kept the same setting over several sessions. After consulting with other clinics, I found that the setting should have been increased each time. I believe this wasn't done so that ProSkin could keep me as a customer longer and make more money in the end. I'm incredibly unhappy with my treatment and the bad results. Do not go here for tattoo removal!

“Unprofessional, worse place I've ever been, avoid”

I booked and paid for £600 laser treatment course at the Liverpool Street branch, via a special offer. The first therapist I had was excellent, very professional. The next time I came for my treatment, the therapist had left, and was no longer working there, which seems to be a trend. That should have been the first indication to run. Since that time, I've had therapists leaving the white marker on my body, and telling me to clean off the marker myself. I tried to book treatments and had the reception not wanting to book me another treatment. I've just had the receptionist tell me that my £600 treatments have 'expired'. I wouldn't trust them, and I'm now pursuing action to get back my money.

I'm having the same trouble. They are saying now my treatments have expired which means losing 500 pounds. I'm going to take it further but unsure how. Also they are really rube have no customers service skills at all. AVOID AT ALL COST

“Unprofessional and indifferent about there customers ”

I had the exact same situation but for laser hair removal. They claimed there machines kept breaking and was under matinence, I had to change branch and that machine had also broken which made me unable to attend my appointements and I had to change to a different branch. Every time I had changed branch the beauty therapist had to do another patch test on me which wasted more of my time. It was extremely unprofessional, unorganised, inconsistent and the therapists seemed indifferent about the situation they had created. What's more I didn't feel as if they tried to sort anything out in all clinics. Regardless of what branch had done a mistake if I go to a different beach the people working there should know they have a reputation to uphold however there attitudes were very blasé and incapable of understanding the situation I was put in by their company. The initial clinic I was at where the machine had first broken never followed up checking my profile as a client to arrange an appointment once the machine was fixed. I would have appreciated a call to inform me where I stood with my sessions. Instead they all got cancelled for no significant reason whatsoever. I am to say the least aboulutely appalled by this company's behaviour towards not only me as a customer but others who have experienced the same treatment as me.

“Do NOT trust this company”

I purchased three laser tattoo removal sessions under and offer at my local clinic in Shepherds Bush clinic which doubled my spend. After about three treatments the clinic kept cancelling the appointments claiming that the machine was broken. I tried to email to raise the issue by email but the messages bounced back and when I tried to contact I was repeatedly told to email my complaint in order for it to be dealt with. I was left waiting for almost two months under the impression that they were getting the machine fixed; When I got fed up of waiting I contacted the clinic for an update I was told that I should have received an email - which I did NOT receive - explaining that the clinic no longer offered this treatment! I was then passed to a 'Training Manager'who advised me to email my complaint yet again. When informing her of the situation I was simply told to go to another clinic in Central London which is not local or convenient considering the type of treatment and the level of discomfort. On top of this I would have to take the bus and train into Central London whereas I could easily drive to and from my appointments in Shepherds Bush - which is why I chose the location in the first place. I explained that I was not prepared to move to a clinic so far away and was recently made aware that my other local clinics had also closed. At this point I was unsure if I even wanted to continue the treatments as I had already completely lost faith in the company. I was then offered a free treatment in the Central London clinic but again the principle and general understanding of the treatment was totally missed and I was not prepared to accept this. If it was something less painful and irritating to the skin then I may have considered but this was not the case. After three months of going back and forth with the 'Training Manager' and the 'Sales and Operations Manager' who basically both dealt with the issue very poorly) they offered me no other option and literally trapped me into accepting. However I was very recently informed this week that in fact, the clinic in SB had been taken over by Sk:n a more established and specialist chain. Sk:n kindly agreed to honour my remaining treatments in my local clinic but Proskin refused to arrange the free treatment despite the substandard service and complete lack of transparency or communication. I have since been reading into the company and have seen news articles and have seen public information online stating that the company is in liquidation. I feel like I have been completely lied to and strung along waiting for the issue to be resolved when all the while the clinic was being bought out and no one took the initiative to be transparent and inform me that the clinic was actually closing, not just lying about the machine. Absolutely disgusting service from everyone involved. Still have not offered a resolution from Proskin clinics directly, luckily Sk:n stepped in to help! Please do not waste your time or money with this dishonest company. I will certainly be happy to take my business elsewhere and never deal with them again!!

“Highly NOT recommended”

This is the worst service ever. I paid 6 treatments in one go and I really regret it. Originally I went to the Guilford clinic as it was the nearest from where I live but it shut down a few weeks later. They only gave me a notice of 24hrs in advance. They did not rearrange the appointment with another clinic so I had to do it myself. I called to the Bond Street clinic but they didn't want to book a new one because they didn't have anything available for weeks and weeks. I called to the Sheperds Bush clinic and finally they set up a new appointment, but since then, every single booking have been cancelled. One day even they stood me up!! I showed up at the date and time given and they never opened the clinic! I was waiting for 45 min on a saturday morning and nobody showed up even when I got a text confirming the appointment 48 hrs before. They never sent me an email or call cancelling. I sent an email complaining and asking for a compensation for the travelling expenses due to the fact I live about two hours from there, but they never replied. I wish if I had read the reviews before so it could have saved money and energies with such a terrible service. Be aware, don't book!!

“Disgrace ”

I attended the Newcastle clinic and had great treatment.Told they were being taken over and that there were gong to be price increases etc.I had paid for a package so that would have been ok.Called in October to book my final one to find it had closed.Rang the number regarding refund today and told they would not refund last session as I was out of time from initially booking them.I did try and book my final session within the year limit but its a little hard to do so when the clinic has closed without informing you. Under new managent has become a disgrace.DO NOT USE !!!

“Couldn't complete package and haven't refunded me what...”

I originally paid for a package of 6 treatments at the proskin Gateshead clinic. I turned up for my third appointment to find the clinic had closed. I rang up the head office to find that they had closed the clinic and my appointmentson would now be at Newcastle. Had to rebook. No apology for wasting my time with the third appointment. Had 2 treatments at Newcastle and on my 2nd I was told that the clinic would close the following week and I had to ring the manager for a refund for the last treatment. The manager was away for 2 weeks. After that they were no longer taking calls there. Rang head office. Was told someone would ring me back. No call. Tried again. Was told the same thing. Noone has contacted me regarding the money I am owed. It is disgusting!

“Worst of the worst”

I don't know where to begin.Bought laser tattoo removal package in December 2015,now a year later only managed to receive 3 treatments. I had to change clinics 4 times and had 5 appointments cancelled at the last minute.They are by far the most incompetent people I have ever met. Shauny the manager at Harley Street clinic is rude and ignorant. If I had money I would sue them for all their worth. As we speak, their Harley street clinic has electrical problems that needs a month to fix.All laser appointments have been cancelled until further notice. Do not book,I repeat do not book

“Tattoo removal not worth it”

Staff at ProSkin Clinics in London were always friendly, nice and helpful, however, I do not recommend the tattoo removal there! Looking at my progression, they often kept the fluence of the laser the same and didn't go up to make the removal quicker. After 8 sessions, they had only increased from the initial 2.08 to 4.42 and my tattoo isn't even half faded! They told me when I started that I might need 6-8 sessions, and I spent over £700 on it already, but the tattoo is not even near fading! I'm very disappointed with the service and am seeking consultation elsewhere. I don't recommend it - it's a lot of money they are making for nothing!

“Appalling and Not To Be Trusted”

I used to use ProSkin Clinics regularly as the treatments were high quality, staff friendly and knowledgeable and the support you would get on the phone was great. Something must have changed within the last 12 months though, maybe new owners, as all of the things that were great about ProSkin are long gone. Prices increased, staff attitudes changed, organisation went out of the window and so did any form of customer service or after sales support. I can only assume that this company was bought by somebody else who only cared about getting money in the till and nothing else. My advice would be to avoid Proskin Clinics and go elsewhere unless you want to give your money to a bunch of untrustworthy, unreliable.

Never had such rude staff and bad service. Esher was my branch and I will never recommend or use them again. Place is filthy. Staff are patronizing and rude. Machine is good but I can go somewhere else that has that machine Avoid....

“New management are horrendous - money over service”

This company especially the managers and directors have a complete disregard for long standing customers and are effectively keeping people's money without fulfilling their obligations regarding offers, promotions and packages loyal customers have bought. Avoid at all costs as your money is not safe and quality is poor. Plenty of better beauty clinics out there. This one has fake reviews all over the place too! Am taking legal action via a customer group

“Disorganised”

ProSkin made a complete mess of my account and sent me messages intended for another customer. One treatment was cancelled but I was not told and turned up. I decided to accept the situation when I was offered a complimentary treatment. I double checked this was free, but now I discover that I have been charged for it!I now have an on going dispute on the number of treatments I'm owed as they are not acknowledging their own special offers!I risk losing a significant amount of money.

“Proskin clinics ”

Absolutely terrible, Receptionists can't speak English properly. Bad grammar and they seem disinterested unless you buy a course in something. I have also emailed several clinics for an appointment. They NEVER reply. The are no toilets and they have the pokiest rooms. AWFUL.

“Terrible and horrible service”

I paid £25 to do the partial test for the laser hair removal. I did come to discuss the price for the treatment and paid £1120 for 6 course treatment for underarm, bottom arm and leg. I couldn't get an appointment afterwards and I find another place can start the treatment straight away. Therefore, I want to claim a refund. I went to Proskin, the reception girl was very rude and push me away (the reason she gave me is that the manager was not at clinic). I have tried to contact them on the second day. After I explained that I wanted a refund, the girl said that she could hear me clearly and cut me off the line. After a few try, finally I have reach the manager that she said there was no refund and no transfer at Proskin which she failed to explain to me when I bought the courses. This is totally agaist UK customer right. I am just going to use my credit card 'section 75' claim to get my money back. Wish me good luck. Anyone reading this, please give up your mind to treat in Proskin which means no ending troubles and their treatment is terrible.

Exactly the same happened to me. Haven't been able to get through to Harley St where I was tricked into buying a £500 pack only to be told when I tried to book my RevLite laser they'd got rid of the machine!? The one I bought the package FOR!? They haven't returned a call in 5 months and don't even pick up Bond Streets emails or calls. Everyone's always on a "day off" or "No front of house can access comp schedules today". Tricking clients into buying packages they can't even offer? Hambro Perks needs to wake up before they're bankrupted. Class action springs to mind.

avoid them. New managment and people who paid upfront before new management are being told their money is worth less than half of what it was due to price increases. Others are turning up to branches for appointments only to find them shut down!

“Prices up 60% without announcement after 3 sessions”

This is my complain email I sent to Proskin following the sudden rise of 60% of the treatment. After 3 weeks I didn't receive yet any answer .... I've started a laser hair removal treatment with Proskin at Marylebone W1G 7JA in April 2016 and booked this day my next 5 appointments - the last one is scheduled just before Christmas. I've started the treatment with this company because the price is £99 for 2 areas, I am doing the bikini and the underarms. The women with whom I did my first laser treatment was unprofessional. The room and the glasses were disgusting. She was rude and she showed herself annoyed because I asked her to clarify and repeat some points already mentioned by her during the test.... She did the bikini area in 2 minutes, and my underarms in 10 min - I could see the difference between both zones after 10 days - this session was badly done. I did my second appointment 6 weeks later, the 30th May. A new staff member has replaced the unprofessional woman (this is one really good thing), and after discussion with her she has confirmed me that many customers have complained about the attitude in general and their treatments with the previous woman. And then at the till, I discovered that the price has gone up of 60% since my first appointment ( 60% is not an annual increase) and I have to pay £159 for the next 4 appointments. As you know this laser treatment needs at least 6x sessions to give good results. And I discover on Proskin website they propose a package of 6 sessions for a reduce price in total. Guess what : they didn't propose me that ! They cannot change the price as they want as I already started the treatment, we are both engaged for the next 6 months.

yep- exactly the same and we need to take legal action as they are keeping our money and effectively saying it's worth 30-40% of what it was!
