Left me waiting for about 20 minutes whilst she chatted away to someone and ignored me. Then had the worst wax of my entire life. I have been getting hollywood waxes for 10 years and this was not done properly - including burnt skin. She also double dipped the wax stick in and out of the pot which is very unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
