A fairly stylish oven but not exactly easy to operate the oven features. Major I repeat major defect with this product which is endemic with this model is failure after 20 or 30 minutes use. The power to oven suddenly cuts out! My local electric shop suggests £100 for replacement parts plus extra costs for the work and no guarantees it will last! They won't even suggest which item is the defective part - what else could it be apart from a duff thermostat at about £70?????????? ANYONE OUT THERE TO GIVE ME ANOTHER SUGGESTION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ENLIGHTEN ME!!!

I've had my AEG Competence B21901 and the problem of getting to temperature then cutting out. Waste of money, I will spend more now and get a Bosch.

After having my AEG Competence B21901 oven for 2.5 years the electronic clock malfunctioned, which cuts all power to the oven. This was repaired (£150). After several more weeks the element broke (£100). After a further 2 months the grill is not working.
