Bought new 12 to 15 years ago. Right out of box jammed. Couldn't run two rounds in a row through it. Next day took it back to store and clerk I bought it from said most people have this same problem. They just send them in and they get fixed for free. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THEY ARE JUNK BEFORE I BOUGHT IT? Anyway they sent it in, got it back and it still jams. When you shoot the 3-1/2 inch ammo it feels like it is going to fall apart. Two other friends bought them about same time. One likes his. The other one actually got so disgusted with it he threw it into the pond. It's still down there somewhere. I have been in heated discussions about this so called shotgun, but when they go out and shoot it they all agree. Mossberg 835 multi mag-pump action is junk. Will never own another mossberg, PERIOD. This one still looks brand new, but they aren't functional.
