We have been with Superia for about 4 months now and we are more than pleased with the software. Everything works just as you would expect it to and the software is very advanced and quick. Being an online managed service is great as it allows you to just get on and run your business. The support is simply fantastic and nothing is to much trouble for these guys. 10/10 keep up the god work chaps :)

Needed to update our e-commerce website to something that gave us a more professional image, and that our customers felt safe to use. Was amazed at how simple it was to create exactly what we were looking for, using Superia's system to design our own site. The support we had to achieve this was fantastic - always someone at the end of a phone/email to help whenever we were stuck or needed some design tweaks. It all works very smoothly and we've had great feedback from our customers. We feel it's incredible value for money and would most definitely recommend it.

In January I decided to start a little ecommerce business selling personalised products, I wanted a website I could build myself to save costs, I tested out quite a few different ecommerce systems, but I thought superiors was the best. Firstly when I called they was extremely helpful on the phone, I explained to them what I wanted to do and they pointed me in the right direction, they set me up on a trial website for 2 weeks. I found this extremely useful, after a hour of playing around with it, I managed to change the template, add my logo, and add a few products. I found the back-end system very easy to use. The more I played around with the demo, the more features i found. The system is so flexible, you can add different fonts, colours, change page layouts, the list goes on. I decided to sign up, within a couple of weeks I built a great website which looked very professional. I asked Giles at superior commerce if he could make me some artwork for the homepage, I give him a brief and some images and they come back amazing, they was very professional and made the website look great. They have been very helpful from day one, they have gone the extra mile for me, something other companies just wouldn’t do. Overall I would recommend their services to anyone wishing to set up a ecommerce website.

We came to Superia looking for a new look to our website, via a recommendation and haven't been disappointed at all. From early days of website designs right through to upkeep and development, I've always felt understood and listened to. The pricing is great too! They are always quick to respond to any queries and can usually sort things without hassle. I particularly like the relaxed and friendly approach that makes me feel like I've known these guys for years, when in fact we've never actually met! I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to develop a new website.

I could some this up very easily and say 100% reliable you MUST use Superia. However it would be an injustice to their superb customer service and talents to leave it like that. From the initial project briefing and the first round of concepts my site was pretty much nailed and all my likes and dislikes were presented in front of me. What followed were some little tweaks which I'm sure most companies would have got the hump with me over but Superia simply took all on board and actioned them in super quick time. The system is very easy to use with multiple admins making the uploading Superia-efficeint. But the best for me, and by what I base any review on is a companies ongoing support. When I have an issue they are on it swiftly with courteous and precise actions. Would not think of using anyone else again.

I use Superia for one of my sites - the system is really easy to use, has plenty of features and the support is amazing, they're always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I love the regular updates and new features to play with. The hosting is nice and quick and no downtime. I really like the fact that you get email included in the package which I had to pay for as an extra with another ecommerce provider. All in all, brilliant and happy to recommend to anyone wanting to set up an online shop. Reliable, honest and a pleasure to deal with!

What can I say. The websites themselves are fantastic, versatile and so easy to use. First I was a Wordpress guy and then I looked for someone to do it all for me until I found this service. I don't need expensive designers to get a professional look. Absolutely fantastic and to top it all the customer service is great. No matter the problem however big or small the team are always on hand to help you. Great Guys I will never look anywhere else again!!! (Oh and I am not an easy customer to please so that is definitely saying something)

Quite simply, stop looking. After being with 1and1 for the last 3 months and not getting the look/feature I needed I found Superia. I requested a trial yesterday and played with it last night. After a few (rapid) emails with the Superia team I decided to sign up. That was at 11am this morning and the site is already populated, has all products listed with images and basically is waiting for me to change DNS so we can go live, probably tomorrow. Can't recommend enough if you want great service, flexibility on design and a true customer centric attitude, all for very reasonable prices. Sound too good to be true? Previously our company was using Shopify, which was OK, but I found the lack of customisation and features really started to get to me. So I started to look around for a different company. I started using Volution, bigcommerce and magneto on the free trials, all of these have certain good points but all seemed to lack a few things that I needed. I searched for a while and found Superia Commerce, which at first I knew nothing about and hadn't heard much but I signed up to the free trial to give it a go. All I can say is that it is amazing. They have everything I need, you can customise everything, and the SEO is amazing. Lots of features and just lots to get stuck in with. you can start with a template and do it yourself or if you have the money they will design one for you. The customer service is second to non, I must have emailed David a million times (sorry David) But he always answers my questions and guides me in the right direction. Plus if they see something wrong they will fix it for you and tell you about it. you don't get this kind of service from the other places. Price wise this is also the best. They even gave me the option to extend the trial so I could get everything I wanted sorted before going live, and then they helped me every step of the way to make it live I am really happy with the choice I made, and I would definitely tell anyone looking to build a site to use them. I know this will only be the forth review on them but they have a lot of happy customers. They update the system all the time and if there is something you want that doesn't seem available they will update the site and make it possible to do. The best Ecommerce company going. I would like to thank the guys at Superia Commerce for all their help with setting up my websites and online shop. David's programming expertise has been a real boost to the efficiency of my business. Superia was recommended to me by another website designer due to his excellent skills and ability to write complex programs which meet the demands of a 21st century online business. This recommendation certainly enabled me to achieve the web presence that my business required. The aftercare has also been fantastic. Any problems which have arisen have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and no issue has been insurmountable. Also, any alterations or additions that I have asked for have been actioned with no disruption to my business. In short the service has been great. As a result of the excellent service that I received from Superia when writing my first website, I then commissioned the team to both design and write a second site. I chose Superia commerce due to the flexibile options that I was offered including one which allowed me more control over changing the content. I thought I would leave a review as there aren't many reviews for Superia Commerce's services, but don't let that put you off, this system is so easy to use and I recieved a lot of help from the people who work there, whenever I have a question they answer it almost straight away. I am very happy with my website and it is so easy for me to update myself, I have nothing bad to say about the system. I have had a lot of work through my website which proves to me that it definitely works, thanks Superia.

I have a site on Superia called cardzilla.co.uk, the support I have received from Superia is second to none. The system is easy to use and anything I get stuck with the guys at Superia have helped me out within a very short space of time, they even help me out with things I didn't know were problems until they contacted me. For what you get with the system I think this is great value for money, highly recommended. In terms of bad points the system could do with a few more features, but when I asked about these I was promised that they would be available soon.
