Excellent For Newbies

I have found EKM Powershop to be a fantastic ecommerce solution. Their choice of templates and features are great and they keep up to date with the latest changes in online payments and so on. There customer service on the phone is great and if I have any questions no matter how basic, they are always happy to help. The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that they no longer have a live chat function to the support team. I found it fantastic for those quick questions but unfortunately they have discontinued it. In it's place they have a support page which should have the answers you need depending on your query, if it doesn't and you need to contact them it does take a while to get a message back from them. As I stated however they are always great on the phone.

I recommend EKM Powershop from my point of view as a relative newcomer to ecommerce, it's easy to use, and value for money!
