Well that is what I keep telling myself....I am in the process of buying a designed website (£2K) and the process is really shabby...they take your money before signing the agreement - wrong! After a month, having had loads of problems with the service I have not dealt with a designer - they save money by telling you that you will work with a designer to build your website however I have ended up dealing with a support executive who simply finds a website you like and asks the designer to copy it. Service was poor and they try to justify why they mess up...they do not tell you this at the start. Of course they dont..you find this out as time goes by.
Really frustrating...however the website backstage stuff is really good and I am hanging in there because I know that once the website is made EKM really do put a great deal of time into building extras for their customers.
Clean up the design process act EKM and you will have a very happy customer...
At the moment I am very disappointed with the service received...particularly the design service and not impressed with their customer service. I have been made to feel like one customer amongst thousands...would I recommend them? Yes but I would demand to speak to the designer in the initial stages and demand that they keep me informed as to what they are doing.....otherwise get another designer to use EKM's brilliant website service and build your own HTML site if you watn something a bit different
