I am a new customer of only 4 weeks and I wanted to take the time to say just how amazed and pleased my business partner and I are with not only the product but the stand alone customer service which we have experienced has been of the highest order. Whats more important to me anyway is how friendly and genuine the guys at EKM are, they genuinely want to do all they can to help you knowing just how important our website/e-commerce site is to me and my business partners.
I have had great comments from external clients and friends saying they can't believe the quality of our website.
I have only had to call the cool Tech guys maybe 5 times and that was never because of a problem but more in regards to questions from me and assistance to ultimately make our website as good as we wanted it.
To sum up the level of customer service I have received, I called EKM on a Friday afternoon at 17:15 which is 15 minutes before they go home once I got through (never long at all) I said to the tech guy that I would try and explain my problem/issue as quickly as I could as I knew he would be leaving for the weekend soon and he replied"no problem if it takes longer than that I will stay on until your happy"
Oh yeah I nearly forgot, all the above for how much a month??!?
It's that good, so far uber IMPRESSED!
