I spent a fair while looking for an ecommerce platform before going with ekmPowershop. The fact they hold webinars, have great support guides and videos sold it for me.

Support do get busy in peak times (lunchtime especially!) But this is the same as most company helplines so I expect it. Good thing is that if you have something urgent, stick it on the forum or drop them an email and they'll jump on it at all hours, especially when I've managed to brick my site a few times.... (ooops!)

Don't let the negative reviews put you off, most people only come on to moan, I've just got too much time on my hands while the shop establishes itself!
