I've been with Absolute for years and always enjoyed the ease of use the system brings. We defected to Magento a few years ago and hated it in comparison to Absolute. We have to sites, one for our national offices to order supplies from us at head office and another for the public. All work really well and Andy and Luke have always gotten back to me when there have been questions despite what other comments here say. Juggling all the aspects of running a small yet very busy company can leave you open to these kind of comments, I've been there myself. And remember their time helping with tech stuff over the phone is free. On the odd occasion I haven't been able to speak with anyone they have got back to me, but I would happily pay £1 a minute to have my issue resolved on the spot!
All that said the system is brilliant.
