We are very displeased with your company. Upon opening our 2checkout account we informed several employees what our company is and does. We specifically sent you our 'terms & conditions' stating that customers must pay in full 60 days prior to their tour date. Without informing us you refunded one of our clients $7,725 and called her explaining that we might be a "scam". This is NOT appreciated, and you have actually cost of hundreds of dollars purchasing this customer's train and flight tickets. She is now scared of using our company because of your company's incompetence.
