Tried to purchase 2 pairs of trainers with my Spanish credit card (I am a Brit that lives in Spain and UK) they asked me to provide PROOF OF ADDRESS for my Spanish billing address, sent them ORIGINAL digital copy of my electric bill, they then cancelled my order BUT still have a hold on my card for the FULL AMOUNT, customer care could not even be bothered to help me! I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND them to anyone, wasted 3 days waiting for shoes that where than canceled.
