“Terrible customer service!”

My daughter brought a pair of 'Vans' in the Harlow Store which where too big, I tried to swap them for a different size the following day at the St Albans store, and the manager abruptly & repeatedly told me they had been worn (which they hadn't been) and I had to return them to Harlow, I thanked him for his appalling customer service ..I have to assume it is now Sole Trader Company policy to either A; sell used footwear as new or B; To make returns awkward and insinuate the customer is a liar or C; Both!!

My advice is avoid this shop
