Not particularly impressed with your returns/exchange service by post. I ordered the same pair of shoes and was sent the wrong size twice. I didn't really mind..but then seeing that I had to go to my local store to get them refunded/exchanged was very annoying! It's particularly difficult for me, as I have quite an unusual size and it's unlikely my local store will stock it there and then for exchange. Basically - make it easy to exchange via post - especially when it's Shoe Zone's mistake - right label but wrong shoe size. How can a size 9 look like a size 3?!
