I have bought a few pairs of Jones shoes online and, although I've had no problems with the quality, I have occasionally had to return shoes that don't fit. Be aware that, under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are legally entitled to a refund of the initial delivery charge as well as the cost of the shoes. The delivery charge to Portugal is £17.50 much higher than other stores I might add!), they must refund the £17.50 as well as the cost of the shoes. On every occasion that I have returned shoes I have had to ask them to refund the delivery charge 'as is my statutory right'! They do not do this automatically which they should!! Unfortunately many people are unaware of this so I'm sure they are getting away with ripping people off.
