I shopped at the Clackamas Mall Footlocker in Oregon USA. They had a sale on a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size. So they ordered them from a different store to have them delivered to their store.
The sales associate neglected to enter their own store address correctly. Needless to say I get a call from UPS and they can't deliver the shoes to the store. I call the Footlocker store and they say they will straighten it out. I call back because no one ever called me back and I ask so what is happening? They say there is nothing we can do other than you go pic them up at UPS or we re-order and you have to wait another week. I asked for a refund and they refused. So I had to drive 25 min using my gas to get these shoes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THEY SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK> I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FOOT LOCKER AGAIN>
