I ordered shoes from Footlocker and they immediately charged my credit card as I payed with pay pal. Four days later I was informed by an email that they did not have my shoes and after 2 phone calls to their rude customer service reps who give you lame excuses, I still have not been refunded my money a week later. I now am filing a dispute through pay pal. This is my first experience with Foot Locker and it will certainly be my last.
