“DON'T SHOP HERE! UNACCEPTABLE, APPALLING EXPERIENCE!”

Bought a pair of Nike trainers at FL Bluewater in July, 3 months later with non-daily wear the material on the inside of the heel had worn and the plastic heel support was exposed, causing nasty blisters and making them unwearable. Took back to store to be told it was wear and tear. Wasn't happy so they gave me email to contact. Sent photos and explanation, response was that my son had misused them and to go to Trading Standards. I asked how and why would he misuse a pair of much loved trainers and their response was he wasn't putting them on properly and had broken the heel support, go to Trading Standards. I replied heel support wasn't broken, and that they had a legal obligation to return the trainers to the manufacture to prove they had been misused and weren't faulty ... their response - go to Trading Standards. Went to Trading Standards and now expose them daily on Twitter to anyone else complaining about them on there, encouraging them to go to Trading Standards too. Latest response ... an email saying 'Thank you for choosing Foot Locker ... We hope that your recent contact with our Customer Service Center has given you full satisfaction. We would appreciate your feedback on how we can improve your customer service experience further - please take our customer service satisfaction survey'. The gall of this company is unreal! DO NOT SHOP THERE! Wish I'd looked at their reviews first!

“Buy elsewhere ”

Footlocke joke company with the worst customer service in existance regret buying any product from them. Got pair of trainers from them within couple of weeks litteraly 5 weeks fell apart..sole was fine took it back to store advise email shop support @ only to wait 3 weeks to be tkld to go back to store merely 25 miles away. Went back to store and store manager blames it on wear and tear 5 weeks Addidas should never wear out should be sign up to say (this is fake )...told to email shop support again only to be emailed back to say take it up with trading standard ...Do Not Buy from them and i will be taling it up with ST

“Canceled Order Without Informing US”

I ordered a gift card online and when I had not yet received it after 11 days I first tried to determine the status of the order online and was not able to do so. Then I called the company and was told there was a problem with payment verification. They said I would be transferred to that department but I was immediately cut off. When I called the second time I was told I should not have been forwarded to that department. However, they said the order had been cancelled because they were unable to verify payment. I told them we were opening Christmas presents in two days and I now had no gift for one grandchild and why wasn't I notified that there was a problem. After some hesitation she tried to claim that they sent an email (9 days after the order was made) but I told her I was on the email account and there was no email from them at any time in the inbox or junk mail files. For the record, we have an excellent credit rating. I will not be buying anything from Footlocker for our large family and since they all know what happened I doubt that they will either. I can accept that there may have been some confusion such as a typing error of the card number but I can not accept just cancelling an order without notification.

“FALSE ADVERTISING”

My husband only wears Brooks Beast because they were recommended by his orthopedic surgeon after knee replacement. We were looking for a closer shop to get them and Footlocker popped up as having them in his size. He went to the store and they don't even carry Brooks shoes. My husband was very upset when they tried to sell him some other shoe. Total waste of time and very disappointed

“bad online experience”

placed an order online, when I went to use the military discount, the verification service they use did not apply the discount, called customer service and was told there is nothing they can do, told them to cancel the order I placed last night and they said they cant cancel it either. its locked in. asked for a manager and he just spoke down to me and basically said again nothing can be done to cancel an order, even though its not in ship status. At no time did anyone ever attempt to keep me as a customer.

“Stained goods”

I purchased a tracksuit from here. It arrived in good time and all seemed well. When I opened it up there was a stain on the trouser leg that looked like grease. It probably would have come out in the wash but if you wash the garments they cant be returned. I had no choice but to return them. The staff we're reluctant to process my refund and we're quite rude and uptight abut it but I got there in the end. Don't buy from them online is the moral of this story I suppose.

“Sneaker release with incompetent staff”

Footlocker executives, leaders, managers should be accountable for customer experience and hiring incompetent employees. My husband and I stood on line from 5am to get the new sneaker release for our son to then be faced with an incompetent worker that ignored the line and handed the tickets to the thugs that surrounded him even though he had police assistance. I would urge customers to not support footlocker. Every other chain ensures the safety of their customers and value their support why not footlocker do the same.

“Dishonest People”

I made an online purchase for $82.37 and the charged my card another $80.76.I called and ask why they are two charges to my card,they told me one is a hold to make sure the transaction goes through.I return the item and they sent $129.33 to my account short of $33.80.When i called back about the refund they told me call back i two weeks.

“Payment verification black hole”

Avoid online purchases at all costs. They accept the order (except they claim it is not an 'order' but 'an offer to make an order' so can do what they want), take money from your account, but then put order on hold indefinitely for authorization of payment. They also claim (find it hard to believe) that a third party company carries out this verification process and that they have no way of knowing how long it might take. Whole process is totally insane. If you cancel the order they warn that it might take eight weeks to refund the payment that they claim was never verified and completed in the first place!

“Worst ever online shopping experience”

Ordered a pair of timberland boots online and paid for express delivery, waited around 5 days and still nothing. Contacted footlocker customer service via telephone and they could you tell me why my order had not been shipped and the status was still pending, the money left my bank on the day i ordered so they had my cash, they advised me to wait another couple of days and log on to check the status, I did this but it had not changed, this was now 10 days from when i should have had the boots. They informed ma again that they could not understand why it had not been changed and advised me i could cancel online if i wished, i went online and filled ouyt the cancellation form and cancelled the order. The order status has now changed from pending to AWAITING RETURN OF GOODS!!! I called customer service again who said that they could not understand why they are awaiting me to return boots that they never shipped in first place before i can get my cash back, im £140 down and i have to wait for them to sort the mistakes they made before i can even have my cash back for boots they never shipped. I am warning you beware footlocker and the non exsisting customer services

“Refusal to refund / Their mistake”

I shopped at the Clackamas Mall Footlocker in Oregon USA. They had a sale on a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size. So they ordered them from a different store to have them delivered to their store. The sales associate neglected to enter their own store address correctly. Needless to say I get a call from UPS and they can't deliver the shoes to the store. I call the Footlocker store and they say they will straighten it out. I call back because no one ever called me back and I ask so what is happening? They say there is nothing we can do other than you go pic them up at UPS or we re-order and you have to wait another week. I asked for a refund and they refused. So I had to drive 25 min using my gas to get these shoes. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THEY SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK> I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FOOT LOCKER AGAIN>

“lack of customer service ”

I ordered shoes from Footlocker and they immediately charged my credit card as I payed with pay pal. Four days later I was informed by an email that they did not have my shoes and after 2 phone calls to their rude customer service reps who give you lame excuses, I still have not been refunded my money a week later. I now am filing a dispute through pay pal. This is my first experience with Foot Locker and it will certainly be my last.

“terrible service in every store i have been to”

Oxford street.... stay clear... place is overcrowded, ghetto loud music, long queues with unhelpful staff. told I could not get a refund on an unwore item 2 days after buying, had to have a gift card. Lewisham ... wanted to buy tracksuit bottoms with a gift card... took cashier 20 minutes to process as till was playing up. no other staff around to help as other one was talking to his friends on the phone

“No refund no replacement”

Bought a pair Nike shoes from their Footlocker outlet at 363-367 Oxford Street, W1C 2SA London on 12th June 2012. After coming home found the shoes a bit uncomfortable, a bit tight. So on 14th June I went back again and asked the shoes to be replaced or money refunded. They looked at the shoe sole very very carefully and managed to discover a speck of mud. And refuded. Now, unless I put it on how would I know whether I am comfortable or not? I offered top clean that miniscule speck with a tissue, but to no avail. Mind you, only 2 days had elpsed, and I was refused both refund and replacement. Horrid staff, just refuse to see reason. Will never ever go again.

“Wont give a refund.”

So i bought some Nike air maxes that cost $160. So i have them for like a week and then the air pocket like busts or gets cut or something. So I went back to the Footlcker i bought them at and they wouldn't give me my money back. The person said that i cut the air pockets So since i "caused the air pocket to break" they give me my $160 back. So then I called the 1800 number and they said that we could send them in and they MIGHT give me my money back and it will take a couple weeks to even know if I will get my money back. So I'm gonna be shoeless for a month. I can tell you one thing if I dont get my refund I'm definitely not going to ever buy shoes there again.

I shouted at him and felt bad after as he is a nice guy. got a problem at Footlocker? Mo will sort it. Just go to Oxford Street London. The House of Hoops is out of this world.

Make sure you save your receipt. a pair of sneakers only last 1 1/2 months and they refused to take them back. Do not stand behind there products they sell at high prices ($125.00) will never buy anything in this store every again! buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
