I bought a shoes and at the same day when i was wearing it heel was broken.It happen suddenly in my way to subway.I don't know what to do i was upset because i had so important meeting:. The best what i could do to buy a glue and put my heel back.After meeting i realized that i have to return it and explain the my problem to manager of this shoe shop. But she said that its not their fault and they cant help me. I was so mad because my meeting was flawed because of shoes. And also she was so rude and mean she even did not want to help and understand me. if it would not be my fault i even did not exchange it...but it was not mine.I am so disappointed about the service and the quality of shoes at BIANCA SHOES SHOP IN NORTH YORK TORONTO
