“Don't even bother.”

As a first time customer to the website and using online service I have to say I was severely disappointed. My order was cancelled and the only reason I was given was quality control, it took them 3 days to tell me this and I was treated rudely when I called up. I don't think I will be ordering off them any time soon.

Also when ever I go into one of there shops I find the staff are rude and will look down at you. The shoes they also offer are not finished to a very high standard and the shoes will not last long before breaking apart.

I can't really say anything nice about the store due to the bad service and customer care.
I would never recommend to a friend and I will also steer clear of this shop in the future.

We are sorry to hear of the bad service you have received in store and on our website and we would like to take this opportunity to resolve your query for you.

I can confirm however if your order was cancelled due to quality control reasons we will not have charged for this order if paid by card or if paid by paypal this will have been refunded as soon as we found out this was unavailable.

As we attempt to dispatch all orders placed through our website there maybe unfortunate occasions that when we go through our final dispatch checks we come across a product not suitable for the customer in which we would have to cancel to avoid a customer receiving a damaged or faulty product.
