We had bought a greenhouse more than eight years ago. It was one of the first of theis kind they ever sold. The wood of our greenhouse was rotting in a few places. As it had 15-years warranty I contacted Shedstore who to my surprise agreed to replace it without any quibble! They had dismantled the old greenhouse and the new one build within a day. The two fitters were very friendly and did an excellent job. The new greenhouse is much improved, it seems the manufacturer has fixed the weak points.

Awful experience with this company. Made initial order in March and they sent out 6 lots of faulty products / incorrect replacements and have only just picked up the last delivery. The quality of the products is cheap and there’s no quality control before sending to customer. Avoid this company.

Disgraceful, appalling customer services. Patronising, condescending , treat customers like fools. Abdicate all responsibility. Unless reading from script cannot formulate a response. You will be left frustrated and exhausted. When dealing with them or MERCIA you will realise how laughable the term “Customer Service” is. MANUFACTURE AND CONSTRUCTION fall well below an acceptable standard. Installation team have no pride in their work - screws not even in joists but down the side, gap between wall and floor, roofing felt has ripples. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Shedstore is ultimately owned by Forest Garden Group who sell fence panels, etc but they advertise price match and then withdraw it as soon as you try to use it!

Do not buy from this company. Dreadful service, dreadful communications (if any), and a product not fit for purpose. Large workshop/shed ordered, delivered many weeks late, with wrong doors, more weeks to sort that out, then the shed leaks badly. Wish I'd left the decrepit 15 year old shed up. They've acknowledged that there is a problem, but have failed to provide any proper response let alone a solution. Do yourself a favour, buy from someone you can see and talk to ...

Received the shed with broken parts. The driver reported the damage and so did we. I sent a number of emails, with photos, requesting that they replace the broken part. I received no response at all! Avoid! Unprofessionals selling bad quality products.

The description of the product is misleading. Shed was advertised as 6fr x 5ft , this is not the size of the walls but the size of the roof. I have never heard anyone describe a shed using roof measurements. Very misleading. Difficult to put together and instruction pictures small and not very clear. Delivery guys unhelpful.

I bought a 12x8 windsor shiplap shed. It was delivered quickly. However the quality of the product was shocking. There were only 2 struts of 45mm wide which have to span over 2 meters to support the entire roof. Once assembled the roof sagged which only became worse after rainfall with the result that rain water welled up on the roof and leaked up through the overlap in the roofing felt. The walls then began to sag out. The floor was just as flimsy and I had to construct a separate frame to support the poor quality chipboard to avoid it collapsing under my feet.I then had to put 11mm plywood sheets onto the top of the floor supported by my frame. Having neither the time to dismantle and send the shed back after building it and giving it the benefit of doubt, after 3 months I complained to customer services whose attitude was you should have complained before putting it up! How do you know before you put it up that it was inadequate for the job? I asked for some compensation for the extra materials I had to but not to mention my about in shoring the thing up but they patronisingly said "thanks for sending in your photos but tough ..(my paraphrase). This cost me £699.99 plus a few hundred on top for my repairs. As my builder said "I don't know how they get away with it!"

I wanted to order a shed and get it on its way but knew I was going away for a few days so I phoned to check on average delivery times and was told I could pick my own personal delivery date. Super I thought I can arrange it and not mis the driver. ordered and paid for it but was never given the option of delivery date. then got a email from yardmaster the shed supplier with a telephone number so I phoned it to schedule delivery and they said it depends when driver was in the area. so I told them the dates I was away and guess what!!!! yes you got it the driver rang me wanting to deliver it the day I was away.. Driver Said no details of my dates passed on to him. he even stated they never pass them on. I suspect it will stay on his van for next few days getting kicked around now until I am back and able to take delivery. ill keep you posted

When I didn't receive the promised text the day before my delivery was due I started to worry and then found these reviews sending me into panic mode as the pergola we had ordered was time critical for a family event. But I needn't have worried. I emailed their customer services, they got straight back to me confirming the delivery and apologising for not send the text, and my delivery arrived in the quoted 2 hour time slot. Can't fault them and would happily use them again

Shed store is worst company I ever seen in UK , customer service are rude and disgusting, the stuff name is SUKI she never listen to what customer saying and hang off the phone by her mood , and also they not delivery proper things what you bought from them, when you require to complete your purchase , they force you to pay for it ! Their means are awful, they should shame by themselves. If the stuff SUKI still in customer service apartment , I will keep complain and also plz do not waste your money

I chose shed store because I saw positive reviews online, so for others who are checking before they spend hundreds of pounds on a garden building, I want to warn you, it isn't worth the risk. The shed arrived without instructions, it was missing parts and had been constructed wrong. Customer services were difficult, put the blame on me for not checking everything immediately and for preparing to construct it on arrival, assuming that it would be right. Took a lot of effort to get a measly 'goodwill gesture' from them. In short, it's worth spending more money on a reputable company than trying to save a bit on shedstore as the hassle really wasn't worth it for a building I want to be in my garden for years.

Bought a 8-6 shed a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was on time and the drivers helped me take the parts round the back of the house. This is the only good thing i can say about this purchase. One side of the shed was broken and the driver arranged for a replacement to be sent to me,another four days to wait before I could assemble the shed. The shed is of very poor quality,very thin wood throughout. There is no strength in the product at all. Go inside the shed and close the door and you can see light through the many knot holes in the sides. I have had to buy timber to try and strengthen the shed. If I fell against it I am sure I would go through it ! I would not recommend this shed to anyone,just don't buy from them.

we bought a plastic shed with the line 'easy to assemble, stress free' 9 hours later we are 2/3 of the way through and had to stop as we had missing parts. I should mention there are over 1000 parts to this 'slide and click technology, easy to assemble shed' and we did our best to check for every part, but this in itself took hours! Now we have hundreds of pounds of garden equipment under tarpaulin whilst they dispatch the missing parts in 3-5 WORKING days! There answer to the mis advertisement "we sell hundreds, some people find it easy, some people find it hard' that patronising little beauty came courtesy of the customer services manager! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!

Thank you for an ecellent delivery of my new shed. It arrived on the day that was chosen from your availability calender, and was delivered by an extremley nice young man. I cant wait to see it assembled.

Payment was taken for a shed. Delivery agreed betwnn 0700 and 0950. I received a call at 0940 to say that the shed isn't even in stock!! I took a half days leave from work to be in for delivery. Really really poor. Do not buy from shedstore
