Not delivered AGAIN

Ordered a summerhouse from Shedstore. Realised too late that their sheds are delivered byShire who seem to deliver for most high street stores and most DIY stores check who will be delivering your shed or summerhouse before you order as Shire are worse than useless. Took my payment and then offered me a couple of delivery dates. Two Mondays running delivery has been promised in the morning. After last Mondays no show I talked to a lady from Shire. It's not on van today and I understand why you're upset. I will definitely make sure it's delivered either Friday or next Monday. I promise 100 per cent definitely. Guess what no sign Friday no sign today. Another lady from Shire who talked to me and again said she understood why I was upset. She had no idea why my summerhouse hadn't been delivered AGAIN or when it would be delivered. At 5.10pm she said dont hold any longer I will find out what's happening and ring you back in 10 minutes That was last I heard. So Shedstore have my money and I don't have my Summerhouse despite a dozen telephone conversations and about the same number of promises. I keep having to book local installers and then cancel them and no I have no idea if I will ever get my Summerhouse. Shire tell me my contract is with Shedstore and Shire are just delivery agents then they say they are the Suppliers and Shedstore are agents who sell Shire products I don't know who to believe. I just want the Summerhouse I ordered. If you value your money and your time don't trust Shedstore or Shire
