had a new garage built by hanson garages also had a new base and drive way layed at the same time it was fitted 16-9-11 the fitter advised me to cement the inside edges to stop water getting i was not bother by water getting in so i didnt do it i now noticed the left wall of the garage is slipping off the base by 2 inches i imformed hanson garages as it was suppose to have a 10 yr warranty only to be told i must of hit the garage with my car or strong winds also i should of cemented the... “Not very impressed ”

Would not recommend this company to anyone there customore service is alful I order mine back in February they rang to arrange delivery date I put them back due to base on being complete When I did ring in march to say base was being done on 22nd April and for them to come week after to fit was told someone would ring nearer the time. “Bad after service”

Moved to a park home where a Hanson garage was to be erected. Wanted it larger than normal garage to have a room at the end . Was told no problem. When garage arrived some of roof and parts were missing and wrong. Came back to complete but still a problem as one side went in at a "V" shape where dividing wall is as they should have inserted a panel. Also parts to go down either side of the garage door was supplied the wrong size. To date we are still waiting for this work to be done to... (read more)

“Not waterproof”

We bought Hanson garage slightly less than a year ago. My main requirement was to erect a waterproof structure more or less on a budget to create some extra storage space. It turned out that this garage is not waterproof at all. We used Hanson fitters and believe that the problem is down to the structure/ material and not poor fitting. (read more)

“Avoid them at all costs, very poor service, unprofessional”

I ordered a large concrete garage from them on the proviso that they would supply full plans that I could submit to my local council for approval. This was clearly specified up front. They agreed and asked that I pay the 10% deposit, which was about £500, before they would draft up the plans. To cut a long story short, their so-called "full plans" are actually just an artists view of the exterior and show no structural details whatsoever. I pestered them for weeks about getting proper... Update June 27th - The roof has now had 3" of felt removed and the exposed metal varnished correctly which appears to have stopped the rain leaking in.I had to chase Hansons re the door replacement and, despite being promised that customer services would call me the following week, I heard nothing from them all week!
