They over promise and never deliver. Ordered a climbing frame from them few weeks ago which was to be deliver next Monday. I have been told today (Thursday) that they can't deliver and can't even tell me when they will be able to deliver.....open ended delivery timeline. I had ordered this for my daughters birthday in August and now she will not have a birthday present because of them. I had lined up couple of people to assemble this for me who I can't cancel now due to short notice. I was told that this company takes NO Liablity for their own mistakes and I have been left out of pocket. Ah, not to mention my loss of earnings as I had taken time off too on Monday for delivery but I was happy to live with that and just treat it as another day off!!!

Very dodgy traders and be well prepared to disappoint and be disappointed with some generous topping of hassle with this bunch.
