“thread breakage”

I just purchase this yesterday and I am already having trouble with the thread breaking. If someone could help me resolve this I would be very grateful. I made one design beautifully, but after that is when the thread started to break. Please help me!!1 (read more)

Hi, I also had the same problem. I purchased a spool extension (around £20) - the extension basically sits on top of the spool pin and your thread goes up before then being threaded (if you see what I mean). I no longer have any problems. I spent a fortune sending my machine in to be fixed, the tension didn't work properly etc, but now it is fine. Try it :)

“Fantastic Machine”

I last sewed about 30 years ago and suddenly I decided that I wanted to do some machine embroidery. I was amazed by the number of machines available and in the end decided on the Husqvarna Topaz 30. I have owned the machine for about 18 months and I cannot believe the difference in my skills. I was never an accomplished sewer, however, after not very long I found that I could do many different things that I would have never attempted before. “Difficult to get repaired”

I have a Husvarna Viking Topaz 30. It has a manufacturing fault, but I have to pay to get the machine to the manufacturers even though they will correct it free. The software goes out of date very quickly and you dont get help if you update your computer, they would rather tell you that you need new software rather than explain how to down load your exsisting software onto your new computer.
