“Difficult to get repaired”

I have a Husvarna Viking Topaz 30. It has a manufacturing fault, but I have to pay to get the machine to the manufacturers even though they will correct it free. The software goes out of date very quickly and you dont get help if you update your computer, they would rather tell you that you need new software rather than explain how to down load your exsisting software onto your new computer.

I don't blame you for being upset. You need a new dealer. Husqvarna has updates to some of its software online and has to new drivers that you would need when you get a newer computer. But your dealer should be the one to help you through things. I'm sorry you aren't getting the service that you need.
