How are you still in business?

This company has been the subject of Rogue Traders when it was Coopers which was when I had the misfortune of buying from them. I ordered a Singer Futura machine and it failed within a few weeks. I contacted the owner who said I wasn't allowed a refund despite me saying the machine was not fit for purpose. I was told that I had to purchase another machine from them and they would take the original purchase price off it. Reluctantly I agreed and luckily the machine was ok and I didn't need further help or support which I would be surprised if I got. I would never buy from these people again and only wish I persued my complaint further. The guarantee which comes with the machines is also not worth the paper it is written on. There are so many better places out there to buy a sewing machine from, so do not waste your money on this rogue business.
