I own the car for just about a year now. VERY good performer, VERY light on fuel. Had to replace rear right wheelbearing on 140 000km, Tensioner pully at 137 000km. Otherwise a good runner. I am using it for business and do approx. 30 000km per annum, for this cause its excelent. The aircon cluth a giving problems and Audi recons 18K for a new compressor but a vehicle aircon specialist will now remove and recon clutch for 2K! Audi agents are just interrested in selling a new compressor....by the way this is my 3rd Audi, my wife still drives her A6 2.8 quattro (2000).
The A4 tdi runs around 4.8 - 5.5l/100 all round, dpending my my mood while driving! I paricularly enjoy the low end torque and effortless drive....
