    Who are these idiots. I have just had baliffs turn up at my address regarding unpaid bills for a meter unconnected to my home!     they changed my contract from 60 ponds a month to 300 pounds a month, and when i found thaat it is much ore than my usage, i asked them to change thee price, but i was told, they cannot change it know.
