“Reliable and economical”

A good little scooter, very small and light.
Acceleration is very good - it'll beat most cars away from the lights (unless they're really going for it).
Top speed is not so good. Bank on a cruising speed of 45MPH maximum, the variator keeps it moving along on the hills well enough. Performance wise it's a little faster than a C90 most of the time and quite a bit faster than a C90 up the hills.
Servicing is easy, screw and locknut tappets and a litre or so of 10W40 oil and you're done.
Handling is pretty horrible, but then all scooters do handle very badly so I don't think it's any worse than the rest.
The brakes are good enough.
The seat is large and comfy and there's some underseat storage, though not enough to put a helmet. I can get waterproofs, a chain and lock and my lunch under there.
In general I'd recommend it, not so good for long distances due to the top speed but I've done some longer runs on it and it's not so bad once you get in the zone.

3 months into ownership now, 2000 miles clocked up. It's a brilliant little thing. I've seen 54MPH on the clock but I stand by my previous 45MPH as the maximum cruising speed - it must be doing 7000 RPM at that and I think that's enough!
