Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II

“Thrilling and Touching End”

Written on: 20/07/2011 by chelsealytle (2 reviews written)

For years the Harry Potter series has continued and fans have anticipated the ending. Now it's here and I can honestly say that I, and hopefully many others, was impressed with the finale. This movie explained a lot of things to viewers that those who didn't read the books were wondering. The first Deathly Hallows movie proved to be rather slow and tedious at times, but this second part was fast paced and exciting to watch.

There are numerous battle scenes and the slightly more adult themes were welcome to those of fans who have grown up watching and reading and are now old enough to enjoy a little adult humor. It's definitely the most dark Harry Potter movie and if you were hoping for something a little more child friendly, go somewhere else. The ending is a little ridiculous and could have been better planned, but didn't take away too much from the completeness of the film.

Overall, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II was one of the better movies and an outstanding ending to a great series.

Yes the film was good but there were so many unanswered questions. Like what happened to Hagrid for one. A very poor ending in book and film. Its as thought Rowling just ran out of ideas.

This is the Best Harry potter film by far, one of my favourite films of 2011. I really hope someone makes more of these gripping films.
