I had originally paid for experess delivery but the items did not arrive.
After waiting for a week or so I asked buyBits for an update. After a daty or so I was informed they had been returned as "Undelivered".
None of the delivery issues would be BuyBits fault, that would be Royal Mails fault.
To their credit BuyBits are r-sending the items at their own expense. I think that is great customer service.
The only bit that wasn't is that I had to chase this up myself rather than be informed bu them it had been returned.
Otherwise teh products I have bought from them to house my Galaxy S3 on my Motorbike have been very good.
