Ordered a connection cable from Buybits. Had an e-mail to say it was being processed and another to say that it was sent but nothing was ever recieved.

Since then I've had no reply to my e-mail asking them to check the address the cable was sent to and cannot get through on the phone.

I can understand issues with the post but not being ignored after the cash has been taken.
