    I bought from Sainsbury online.
    They ripped me off.
    Charged for things they didn't send.
    They charged me for expensive items and sent cheap alternatives.
    When I complained they gave me the run around with their online "Customer managers".
    Many angry emails later they tell me they won't be respondin ...

    I recently bought a fridge freezer from Sainsbury's and I am appalled with their lack of customer services. 5 mins after delivery I found a dent/scratch at the front of the freezer and altered both the delivery drivers and customer services about this.
