I had an older version of this shoe - having been 'fitted' with it from a running shop. I thought it was excellent, until I bought the mizuno wave nirvana 8 - which feels both highly supportive (its for over pronating runners) and amazingly lightweight. Compared to the older wave nirvana's it feels feather light - it feels really bouncy and responsive.
