I've had several Maestro and Montegos. They're a brilliant car, rust a bit but soundly engineered. We also have a Rover 600D which is a nice tidy car but I'd have a decent Rover Montego rather than the 600 anyday, its more comfortable for a start. If there were more about I'd have another and I'd re ...

I'm on my 7th Rover Montego. Don't want any other car. I haven't found another 7 seater that I could afford to run. I want to keep mine going for ever if only they didn't rust so bad.it's economical, roomy, can sleep 2 in back. I love the under floor storage.

    Shes a light weight ...

I receive a lot of abuse owning a Rover Montego estate - this is my second. The car is comfortable, well-built, and very reliable. The first Montego was beaten by rust, which had taken hold under the previous owner, but the time I had it, nothing went wrong mechanically. It was just cheaper to find ...
