    very fast if you know what your doing easy 250 bhp with just a few bolt on mods. air filter boost valve bov dump valve and steel cage bearings for gearbox.and you will keeping up with wrx not sti scoobys.very nice in the summer take out the roof panels and get that air in your hair feeling.only thin ...

    i own 3 rovers a metro gti on a h reg and 2 220 turbo coupes
    one on lreg and the other on a nreg there both sitting about 320bhp after alot of cash has been thrown at them lol but i personaly think these machines ar out standing if obviously well loked after and constantly serviced every 6k they w ...

    on my second rover 220gsi now
    what a superb drive road holding excellent
    acceleration great around 0-60 8 secs
    35+ per gall
    a very reliable model

    Really over looked car especially the turbo. Performance in line of cars worth a lot more money. Twin targa roof is a nice touch as well.
