I bought a Groupon and booked only to be turned away due to others not turning up however, rebooking was a nightmare. Several phone calls and 7 emails later I decided to complain to Groupon AND trading Standards and Im not alone. I know some others that have had this problem PLUS if you read other review centres they are (fair to say) known for this - they took my money (and others) and didnt provide the ride.
The decent thing to do is to issue me with a refund or at the very least take my calls.
