We booked the trek with a Groupon Voucher for our daughter and her boyfriend. We followed directions to the stables to be informed by not a particularly welcoming lady that we needed to travel in convoy to where the trek would begin. The approach to the farm itself is not for the faint hearted or owner of a sportier car as the road was filled with deep pot holes and very closely alongside a canal! This said, the staff leading the trek were lovely, with a warm welcome and couldn't have been more helpful! It was a pity not to have been able to trek through Lyme as advertised due to the ground conditions, but this couldn't be helped.
I do feel Mill Farm should warn customers to take care on the approach to the farm as part of the information they provide and a warmer welcome on arrival from the Manager would be appreciated!
