We've been to a few trekking centres on holidays over the last few years and were put off by the bored/unfriendly staff and the knackered horses on some occasions. But this was totally different - the two ladies who came with us were super friendly, the horses obviously well looked after and great to ride. And even though we were booked into a beginner's ride, we were given the chance to trot and canter if we wanted to. The only downside was that because of the awful weather lately we couldn't go into Lyme Park but went along the Middlewood Way instead. But to be fair that turned out to have some great scenery as well. We'll definitely be back to try out the hack through Lyme Park once it dries out a bit. Definitely worth the money!
