Trustpilot tries to be a reasonable site for business owners online but it fails miserably. As a small business owner we look to resolve our issues with our clients instead we have a rep call us to ask for 500$ to send emails out to people we know to send in more reviews.

What is the root of the problem? We want to reach our clients who are unhappy and make them happy trustpilot doesn't do that. It's just a crying and complaining board and they try to suck in businesses. Businesses are there to work with their customers and help them get a better view on their business. Scambook.com is a far far better site.

It benefits both the end user and the business owner.
