As a business owner I was concerned with a review that somebody left. After taking 2 days to respond to one of the emails- once of the individuals working there merely dismissed my complaint and told me if I am not happy please 'feel free to consult a legal representative.'

How rude is that. I will be taking my business to trust pilot at this rate!
