everyone! please pay attention, for your own good, never choose seven seas worldwide!!
at first, everything seemed so pretty before they take away my boxes, i found their service is quiet nice though.
but then, i checked the website and log in my account, its not able for me to log in! then i complained for this. they said their system has some problems so they gave me a new reference number. However, the new reference number is still not working! !!
i called them and complained with this again, and this time they told me to use the old reference number and gave me a new password! wtf??
finally, i can get into my account, but then i grasped the destination is wrong!!!! i emailed to them to request to change to information! I waited for 3 weeks, they did nothing!!! they neither send me the new invoice nor change the account information in their website??
How can i pay for the balance if my account details and invoice are wrong? it is so ridiculous that my boxes will be late to arrive the destination because of my late payment which due to their fault!!!!
